ISS Ireland Gender Pay Gap Report 2022
In line with gender pay gap legislation for the Republic of Ireland, ISS Facility Services Ireland today publishes its first Gender Pay Gap Report with summary data as at 26 June 2022.
As part of our ongoing journey to become the Company of Belonging, we are committed to employee equality and diversity, and the report includes gender pay data as well as the long-term plans we have in place to address pay inequality at ISS. It also covers a number of initiatives currently in place — in particular, our Gender Balance Employee Resource Group (ERG), sponsored by Liz Benison (CEO, ISS UK&I) and Jacob Aarup-Andersen (Group CEO).
