ISS embarked on a major transformation process over a decade ago. Through this transformation we built global capability in the self delivery of a well-defined set of services, which are equally well suited to delivery as a single service and as a part of an integrated offering. This platform now places ISS in a unique position by allowing us to offer integrated facilities services – locally as well as internationally.

By exploiting a deep knowledge of various industries we are able to provide solutions which address specific needs and, in this way, provide extensive value added for the customer. Furthermore, we are putting our global footprint to work by meeting increased demand from multinational corporations for the delivery of integrated and uniform services across borders.
The ISS Way strategy is driving our performance – not least growth. While we are focused on organic growth, ISS expects to perform selected acquisitions that fulfill demonstrated needs such as increasing local scale, broadening local service offerings and accessing new markets, albeit at a slower pace than historically.
